Broche is once again badass saving Geralt's life even though he basically abandoned him in Flotsam. One can speculate whether the Iorveth's or Roche's path better story and locations-wise, but as a character Roche is arguably far better
in his path he isn't terrorist. he killed them because he had no choiche while roche kills a priest in the game and also according to foltest roche killed civillians during his interrogations because of his rage. that priest is just another example. plus according to the lore he and his blue stripes commited genocide in mahakam. as for roche he helps geralt to kill the nilfs only to understand the political commotion.
In the dungeons, I agreed to help Roche find the kingslayer at once, I chose to help Roche instead of giving Iorveth his sword, I let Roche kill Henselt and took the fault of his murder in front of Radovid, then told the Redanian king Roche is my friend, I told Baron Kimbolt Roche is my friend, I escorted Brigida to the river because Roche asked me to, I helped Roche rescue Anais and advised him to give her to Natalis, and then I killed Letho because he murdered Roche's king. If you do all this, there is a post-credit scene where you plough Roche...

@@BernatDukat I made those choices too. Rather that than siding with the Order who will gangrape Toruviel and kill her, a man who uses you for his own benefit and letting Nilfgaard win is the worst choice there is imo.
One of the reasons I prefer the Iorveth path is because Roche and Ves still get this great screentime during Act 2. Then I liked RPing the subplots with Roche in TW3 as Geralt finally paying Roche back for saving his life twice during TW2. Ironically, selecting the Roche path in TW2 has Geralt _less_ indebted to Roche during TW3.
Yeah cool how Roche is helping you even after you side with Iorveth but I still like to side with the elf because then I get to fight Henselt as his enemy from the start.
when i played it i didn't know the story had many different turns of events so i just played it once and then stopped honestly the game is great but the monsters give me the creeps so i don't want to re-deal with them again ever
On Roche’s path Roche spots a jade figurine, he says to Geralt, if I didn’t know any better I would of sworn it was Triss, Geralt talks about artefact compression, in Witcher 3 Geralt can tell a nobleman and a soldier but couldn’t spot Triss? Huge f ing plot hole
A year late, but no. Then the conspiracy succeeds and the majority of Henselt's army betrays him. That's why Henselt loses the battle in Iorveth's path.

BRoche never disappoints me. I come back to do my iorveth playthrough and still love him. Never regretted my decision to save him in TW3
