He loves me flaws and all!! we go WAY Back-known each other well from our early 20s!! but we were too immature to see what God had for back then….Facts! fast forward almost 20 years later in our early 40s, both single parents (1 kid each), we fully support, understand and respect each other. He has a daughter and I have a son and they get along very well! What a Blessing! Another blessing my sons father likes my Man a lot and actually is rooting for us! My true person I believe is out but others still want me to be seen as two versus one.

I think God knows who is best for us. But I don't totally agree with the idea the word soulmate portrays. It supports the wrong teaching of predestination, destiny. Our lives are not predestined. It's not a key to identifying my soul mate but for some reason this thought came to me.
What I have always ached for is to hold the man that I love who loves me while he is crying.
BEing that love, safety, comfort, whatever he's needing in his painful moment.
Embrace him, hold him, pray for him.
Praising God for a beautiful man that can be vulnerable, feeling so much gratitude and compassion for him.
Kiss his forehead. And just hold him for however long he needs.
Meet him in his pain. Be there for him.
I know he's already in a great space spiritually, but I have got him when/if he needs me to be there for him like that. I'm looking forward to meeting him. That right there just gave me sweet joy in my core.

This is why it's best to be people friends First. It's hard to see past the beauty but you have to. A soul connection is better then a flesh connection. I believe the person meant for you, God will tell you. It's going to feel weird and no logic or rational thought can explain it. However, if you are a woman...just chill and receive. If it's meant to be it will happen and he will come to you. Don't put your life on hold tho. If he is serious, he will let that be known. In the meantime, it's okay to make friends. I have bi polar and for the longest I felt like nobody would except me cause I felt like nobody would except or want to deal with the fact I have bi polar I went Thur mania and prior to that I had bi polar low mental disorders exist but watching these videos help me keep my mind focused I'm on meds now and it's helped but effects my heart so I'm trying to keep a journal and work on myself I know that who God wants me to be with will except me for me as long as I'm working to strive to be all I can be

We all have more than one soulmate. Soulmates are simply people with whom we had past lives. Soulmates are friends, families, and lovers. We may have karmic ties with some lovers we meet again in this life. Those karmic ties may just be repeat of situations from a past life to test our strength, self-esteem, self-confidence and / or self-love. Will we repeat the same cycles? Will we rise above? Also some play the role of ditching out the same experiences we dealt them in a past life (a situation of you reap what you sow). Not all soulmates (lovers) are meant to be life partners. As the saying goes, some people come into your life for a reason, some for a season and some for a lifetime.

I found the right one I have watched movies with some of the guys that I dated in the past but I never really got the feeling that I have with this one I have now I’ve really enjoyed watching movies with him it’s just like going to the movie theater but. I appreciate what you are saying, but in the context of “the Truth will set you free”, that’s a Bible verse and Jesus was specifically saying it is the knowledge of His Word (The Bible) that will set you free. His work in us does help us understand ourselves as the men and women He designed us to be and once we know who we are, it’s so much easier to make a deep connection with the man or woman God has for us.
But I do agree with you that it’s so important to marry a person who you can be yourself with, whom you love for who they are, and someone you can wholeheartedly serve God alongside with in His calling on your life!

What if I fall in love and think that I found my soulmate but the issue is that now he has got mental illness with some addictions but i see good in him. He didn't pull me away from God. And I have prayed a lot since day one i met him. I really feel spiritual connections with him. :/ I am so confused.
He needs to sort himself out first
If you feel strong maybe you can also try to support him through this time as a friend. Through that process of supporting him, you will get to really see him for who he really is and know if he is for you or not. Friendship is a good foundation to build on in general and it helps for both parties to be their authentic self. Friendship helps you see who the person really is and know if they’re for you or not.
