Hi Richard. Wow thanks for looking. I’m located in South Wales and fly at Eglwysilan Model Flying club. I can’t take any credit for building it. It was built many years ago by John Lambert. I’ve just got the luxury of flying it and I love it. It’s been built really lite flying on a 3w 60cc engine. She’s a beauty. Thanks for designing this model. It’s perfect. 👌 🤛
@@CheifyRC Jim and I were visiting Chino Airport in Calif and there was an F4u partially disassembled. This is always a good chance to view and measure components. When sometime in the spring, we looked at the info and started to work it up in my living room in Connecticut. Gosh that was a long time ago.
Those RC sheep were not to the same scale. Seriously, magnificent aircraft and a skilled pilot.
