Workout Breakdown
1.5 mile run under 10 mins
30 over the shoulder medicine ball throws switch every 5
30 medicine ball slams switch every 5
5 sets of 10 bench press
10 down to 0 hammer curls
100 sit ups
3 20 sec airdyne sprints
** Rest no more than 2-3 minutes between sets

a 10 minute 1.5 mile run is not “6 minute miles”… it’s only a 6:40/mi pace, lol
He said he hit in 9:30 and mentioned it being “a little over 6 min” what Ivy League school did you wrestle @ ?
6:40 is still really good for someone who doesn’t primarily train distance running
