    Mushroom, soyabean, spinach have very low vitamin b12, that's not enough for body due to intrinsic factor, please take vitamin b12 supplements.

      @@dr.manthenaofficial3931 liver stores b12 for 3-5 years but after that it will hit deficiency, b12 is produced by gut bacteria in large intestine and not in small intestine, which means it's not absorbed by the body. Only small intestine can absorb nutrients. B12 deficiency is deadly, please don't misinform people.

    Sir winter season kada sir.... And i had sinus too . how can i eat fermanted rice... .. I use to eat fermanted rice before winter season... May june in that time.. I feel good now after soon rainy season and winter I turned to fruits in the morning I am now loosing my weight I use to (62kgs ) now I was (51/kgs ..) So i started.. Idly dosa...
