Yeah, I watched Asmongold react to one of his videos and I was impressed how articulate and more importantly, he gets to the point. I cringe when I want to learn something about Diablo 4 and the video is like 20 mins long.
I'm sitting at lvl 54. Ran through tier 2 campaign. Equipped everything that was higher than me and sold everything else to stack money. Once rare and legendaries started to drop, dismantled for materials. I only ran 2 dungeons while doing the campaign, after that, I started doing dungeons and nightmare dungeons. Also farmed tier 3 helltides.
Agreed. I have spent thousands of hours in Diablo games but D4 is now part of a larger dynamic in my life (nearing 60 yrs so lots of other things occupy time). I needed something simple, but to the point, and this was perfect.
This guy did the best job in explaining the paragon system to us new ppl. Most other videos are breezing through and not really defining the actual systems. This guy should have millions of likes

Now this video showing how it's done from the beginning and how it looks like when you're 50 and then progress and level to the end is the best way. Subbed and liked.

Thank you for the explanation bro. I couldn’t figure out how to switch my paragon board. I got all the way to the end node and could look at the other 8 boards but didn’t know until watching this that you had to preview the board to switch to it. I couldnt figure out why I could just press X on the board I wanted from the selection screen. This helped thx.

Great video, really helped me once I hit level 50 but WHY DOES THE GAME NOT EVEN TRY to explain any of this! It does a pretty good job of holding your hand through the first few levels, if you've never played a Diablo before, but then just drops this stuff on you...
What do you think is more effective early on at like lvl65? For now i just went straight through the boards to pick up good nodes and move on. Should i already focus more on stacking in glyph range and activate the secondary bonuses of nodes?
This was so intimidating at first and made me feel like i need a PHD to figure out, this game is poor at explaining nearly anything. Hand holding is not the same as explaining a mechanic. Very good video.
What a great, straight to the point and concise video! Wow!, I had no idea about the extra level of depth in regards to the paragon system. I just hit 50 the other day with my Pen shot Rogue, yet I am still only on Act 4 on World Tier 1.... So the question I had was where do I get Glyphs and per your advice, those will just drop in nightmare dungeons. So in short I need to complete the campaign, then complete Capstone and unlock Tier 3 and start farming nightmare dungeons to get the Glyphs for my build (first one being Combat). Does it take a lot of farming to get the exact Glyph you are looking for?
Nice explanation, I'm on lvl 58 now and still stuck with one board so I was wondering how the heck do I advance, and also the red nodes around the glyph, cheers for that!
