I love this video format/jersey breakdown! I originally subscribed just to watch parts 2 & 3 of the eras tour, but it's safe to say i won't be leaving. Question for you, I am a die hard Lions fan and can't wait to buy an Elite version of the new jerseys they released this year, but they are still not available.... do you have any idea how long it takes Nike or Fanatics to produce/offer them after a brand new jersey release? The Jets already have the elites available, and so do the Vikings for their new white out jersey. Is there anyway to tell? I bought the limited Away and Alternate, but home has to be the Elite. Thanks for your time man, keep up the great work!

Thanks man! It’s definitely not easy starting from zero, but I try my best with being consistent. To answer your question - my best guess is they’ll become available around the start of the season. Honestly they should do a better job of having them up on their sites before the regular season, but it’s not always the case. Heck, the Bucs didn’t have elites versions of the pewter jerseys for sale till looooonng after their debut. For the Lions - at the very least they should have the home elites available. Oftentimes away and alternate elites do become available at some point, but these retail sites pull them and relist them at a moment’s notice, it’s honestly a bit frustrating at times.

Nice video. Love the collection. OVERALL as a fellow collector I echo the same sentiments as far as vapor vs fuse debate goes. BTW I'd love to see you do Minnesota sometime (Vikings are my squad plus J Jettas I mean). BYW do you do other sports outside of football?

Appreciate the support! Yeah, Nike could’ve skipped the FUSE template altogether, but for one reason or another they chose not to. Btw you’re the second person to request a Vikings video, so the pressure is on 😅. It’s posted in the community page, but recently I picked up a #69 road jersey. Think it was from after Jared Allen already left the team, but still having his # is pretty cool.
We plan to cover all the major sports leagues. My #1 sport is college football, honestly kinda surprised none of my recent videos have been CFB related 🤣🤣

@@jerseyhead.u yeah for me it's NFL College Football and the NHL are my favorite sports. Plus up until Justin Jefferson came to town finding an Elite was basically impossible (from the 2013 season on I think I found like 1 or 2 players maybe and getting custom jerseys made was another challenge in and of itself. From the 51 to the Vapor it felt impossible to find but again I'm just thankful we got one. I also have a FUSE Justin Jefferson Elite I got last November and it was a very nice jersey but Vapor is superior.

@@jakez199456 I hear ya! Yeah I remember AP and Jared Allen being the featured players to get an elite jersey. As a Michigan fan I’ll continue to support JJ wherever he goes, can’t wait for him to get an elite jersey release!

@@jerseyhead.u Yeah, I give it a couple of years then he'll get one I'd assume, plus it's kind of nice not seeing my favorite college team get beaten by him and Michigan State in Big 10 championship games (Iowa fan). But again love the vids

Allen is one of the missing pieces in my collection. About the only thing I like on the new FUSE is the chainmail mesh, but your right, on some jerseys with neck stripes it doesn’t look good. Great video!

Thanks man! Yeah I’m really not big on the ‘split collar’ design. The Cowboys also have it on their navy jerseys. It’s reminiscent of the early Nike jerseys (Saints come to mind)

Those jerseys look fire. What is your height/weight? Trying to debate if I go with a medium or large, I’m 5’9” and 176 lbs

Thanks for watching! Haha, I’m 5’8” 170 lbs. Figured at some point someone would ask for size referencing purposes, so I started adding height/weight to my later videos.
I would say try on a 40 and 44 to see what fits better. I wouldn’t go 48 or above (even with layering) but everyone wears their jerseys differently

I’m not a fan of how the collar on the FUSE jersey looks like a toilet seat, especially with teams that have multiple colors on the collar like the Bills and even my Broncos with our newest jerseys. However, the toilet seat collar is not a big deal if it’s just one color, and thankfully, that’s what the majority of teams in the NFL have.

Nike tried the ‘toilet seat’ collar before with the Elite 51 jerseys. The Broncos went with that look for a single season in 2012, before going back to a more traditional single-tone collar in 2013. For the new Broncos jerseys the design doesn’t look as jarring since it’s more subtle. The issue with the Bills is the three-tone collar already stands out, so if you do any sort of alteration it’s reeeaally easy to spot lol
