Hii lani I also suffer from social anxiety.... Doing things in rush without even thinking .. What I think the prblm is I m sacred that people around are judging me.. So i try to escape as soon as possible which lead to do things without thinking.. I used to think it's only me who has this issue.. Btw.. Love the video.. Lots of love to u.. Hoping this year we both conquer this social anxiety Love love ❤❤
