- A modern - tropical house, this house has a 3 Bedroom Masters, each with respective walk-in closet and toilet and bath. It is built with expansive living spaces both indoors and outdoors. It has a featured roof deck at the second floor ideal for plant enthusiast to feature their collection of exotic plants
The house has 3 BEDROOMS, one master bedroom along with other living areas such as kitchen, dining area, toilet and bath and a powder room, maids quarter and a veranda are located at the 1st floor. Second floor has the 2 bedrooms, a lounge area, and a roof deck.

This design is one of my favorites. I like the stone walls and indoor plants that bring me close to nature even without going outdoors. Furthermore, I love the open space across the house. Good job.

Ang ganda!!! I like it very much bc you gave the space we need for the kitchen. Mas maluwag na kitchen is always a must. The bedrooms are to die for! The roofdeck is superb.

Ganda ng design, sana my version din na 5 bedroom...yung kabilaan yung 2 bedrooms sa 2nd floor, tapos meron parin yung deck sa gitna..parang magiging walkway sya sa 2 sides...ü 🥰🥰🥰

Yes it has 4 bedrooms if the maid bedroom counted.
I think what you can do is-- you can make another room on top of the room of the ground floor's room. You will need to copy the layout of the room at the ground floor, instead of metal sheet roofing you can have a concrete slab.

The design is Good and the Interior is thoughtful & as per the practical use scenario but It could look more beautiful if used fewer patterns & some kind of matching in shades of colors It creates a minimalist kind of vibe.

Nice design. What’s your estimate on the cost of this build? With 300sqm lot and only 140sqm footprint, what’s the size of the easement? Can this be built on 275sqm lot?
