Just to help out chef to be healthy you can try fasting by eating once a day just a big meal for dinner but during the day drink a lot of water to cleanse the body,,if that’s too hard try just 3 times a week like every Monday Wednesday Friday and Sunday or Saturday you can treat yourself to eating a cheat meal ,just my thoughts to help with the diabetes 💯🫶🏽

I believe chef has noticed a difference in his body since he started to be more dilligent about his choices of food and eating. He should be feeling a bit more lighter with a bit more energy now.

Your wife want for you to live longer chef. I know my partner is waiting for me to see if I’m been honest to live what we both agree on the Temple.. I’m still keep that promise to see him again. He died on march 1994.. So every time when I missed him. I always think about him . How our relationship’s we do before he was gone.. Now my childrens are all grown up. He died when both my oldest son was in second grade n my daughter just starting on kindergarten. While I was taking care of my others sons at home my baby was only three years old n my third one was four. So Amuia oulua o loo agalelei mai pea le Tama ole Lagi.
