@@TherealMutdeem you have a coach you can do a bunch of recruiting you can run multiple seasons more like decades I believe pretty much create your own program especially from scratch if it's a small school or a bigger school and just create a bigger dynasty than what you already have it's kind of like franchise mode but way more in depth
