Having gone there Id say Nigerias infrastructure would be considered extremely bad by most southern African countries,maybe with Zimbabwe as the exception, thats why they arent even in top ten, and they have massive overpopulation problem hence the inlflux in migration from Nigeria to pretty much anywhere else in the world(Nigerians a very defensive about this even tho the evidence is clear). But their people are very good at being entertainers and businessmen around the world clearly. In my opinion its definitely South Africa, you can check out American youtube reactors to confirm that if you wish. 80% of them will say the same in their videos. We have the most expensive squaremile in africa,The most billionaires on the continent, best airports on the continent to the point where Kevin Hart said its like LAX if not better in an interview here. Best stadiums, and we also have the city that was literally voted the best on the planet in 2020. So yes. South Africa.
