This is shocking impact to us giving by Godrej due to postponing possession date again and again and it will be huge finical concern for me.
Based on Godrej sales team commitment & agreement, we booked flat in Godrej with understanding that Godrej does not fail their commitment. But I am sorry to say company has failed to keep its commitment and has lost the customer's faith as it has delayed the possession date twice at least.
It seems there is no any difference between Godrej and Local builders? They also do such delayed & fake commitment what Godrej did. I was very wrong during Flat booking that Godrej is not local builders & will keep their commitment.
Kindly let me know how Godrej will give compensation for this delay so that my financial situation will not be in trouble.
Note:- Pls don’t give excuse that due to Covid pandemic this delayed happened. We staying near this project in rented house & watching progress regularly and never seen due to Covid Impact work had stopped which is reason for one year delay
