- In respect of the Government Servant who after technical resignation, is appointed to new post in the different service or cadre in Government through direct recruitment where either higher responsibilities are involved or not, as the case may be, the Protection of pay is done under FR 22-B(1).
Sir meri probation period khatam nahi huwi 1 month baki varg 2 me education department in mp or mera chayan varg 1 me chayan ho jane se muje bol rahe ki aapko 1 month ki salary jama karni padegi mene NoC bhi vibhag ko suchit bhi fhir bhi muje esa bol rahe he or hame ye bata rahe ki aapko fhir se stamppaid salary milegi aapki sewa koi jodi nahin jayegi
I have technically resigned from a central government organisation to join new office.
My service book has came to my new office where i m presently working.
If my probation period was not completed in the previous office.
I will not get PAY PROTECTION,while i got one increment from the previous service.
If yes...my pay will protect.
Plz provide DOPT OM related to this.

मैं पहले postal assistant था जहाँ GP 2400 था और INCREAMENT DATE 1 जनवरी होता था अब मैं रेलवे में GP 2800 पर आया हूँ जहाँ मेरी जोइनिंग 26-07-2023 की है तो क्या यहाँ भी मेरा INCREAMENT 1 जनवरी 2024 को लगेगा या 1 जुलाई 2024 रेलवे वाले बता रहे हैं कि 1 जुलाई 2024 को लगेगा क्यों कि ग्रेड पे चेंज हो गया कि अगर SAME GP होता तो 1 जनवरी को लगता क्या ये सही है रूल यदि किसी को भी जानकारी हो तो PLZ जवाब जरूर दें 🙏🙏

I was working under a department of Central government (Level-4 of 7th CPC) since 20.11.2020. My date of increment was 1st of July. I was under probation and my basic pay was ₹ 26,300/-
However, upon selection to a different post under another department of Central government (Level 6 of 7th CPC) , I tendered my technical resignation from the previous post on 28.06.2022.
I joined my new department on 29.06.2022.
What would be my next date of increment ?

I was working in semi government with contract of 5 years and it will get renewed. I have worked for 9 years then I gave technical resignation and joined central government with permeant job. At the time of resignation my basic pay was in level-12. In central government my pay is fixed in level-10. Do I eligible for pay protection since my previous job was contract base ?

Sir, I think this is not applicable for pre 7th CPC cases which should have been. Any such case is there to give retrospective effect to this pay protection??

You will get. Technical resignation and Lien are inter-connected

What about those who have given technical resignation before 2016. When one give resignation in gp 4200 and join gp 4600 and the basic pay in gp 4200 was more than initial pay of Gp 4600. Is he eligible to get an increment
I am working as an assistant professor (permanent post) in pondicherry government selected through UPSC since 5 years. Earlier I worked as an Assistant Professor in an aided college under Govt. of Kerala for 5 years on a permanent post. I was relieved from there, and joined in the present post without any service break. My probation was completed in both case. Am I eligible to get pay protection. Please guide me.

Thank you so much sir for such an informative video. Sir if a central govt employee who have less than 2 years of service, relived from present department by technical resignatin in afternoon. After 1 day of travell he join new central govt office in forenoon, then is he eligible for joining time for this 1 day of gap?
2. Does this one day gap can be considered in break of service and no benifeit of tecnical resignation is given, such as count of previous service, carry forward of past leaves and ltc etc.
