I'm pretty sure Sans would at least is aware of the existence Chara only because they are the deceased, adopted child of the king and former queen of the Underground. Since he is the Royal judge after all, not to mention it a common fact within the Underground. But besides the basic info of Chara I don't think Sans know much about them personally.
The fact that Sans did not know Toriel when Chara was alive, there was no reason for Sans to know about Chara and if he knew, why would Sans be aware a dead child? And the Sans only knew about Frisk's reset but didn't know anything about reset Flowey proves SANS did not exist before Chara died

@@birb2330 It is highly unlikely that Sans and Papyrus were born when Chara and Asriel were alive since those 2 people could easily be Asgore and Toriel or Asriel and Chara or even just 2 of their followers, and if that wasn't enough when Papyrus sees Toriel in the pacifist ending he mistakes her for a shaved asgore clone which clearly implies that he does not recognize her as the queen so she was born when asgore was separated from toriel and therefore sans possibly as well.
I like how Sans gave WorstSans a chance to go away after making him uncomfortable instead of instantly attacking WorstSans. Canonicaly Sans isnt the type to fight unless its needed.

Yeah. He is aware/knows about the existence of resets, he just doesn't remember them when it does initiate. He's fairly clever since he studied about it judging how Frisk seems to be, even Papyrus knows about his whole commotion when you unlock his room yet he doesn't consider it a big thing to worry about. Like the rest of the main characters, he gets an awful sense of deja vù when you do reset the entire timeline.
Details about Canon Sans that I noticed and want to point out: C!Sans lets F!Sans get away instead of just attacking, just like in Genocide when Sans gives the player multiple chances to turn back, and even gives them the chance to walk away in the Judgement Hall, but you can't actually walk away C!Sans doesn't know Chara C!Sans pulls pranks (Finally someone noticed)

She's a complex character who is written insanely well and has a lot of mental disorders and is honestly just a very easily manipulated kid who strives for justice and strives to teach people that their actions have consequences, feel like she would get along with sans too.
