I do plan on analyzing more! And Hapkido has always interested me, but I can't find a good place that teaches it. Most are Taekwondo schools that also teach Hapkido, but that makes me suspicious that you're not getting the real thing.

Freedom costs Tax I agree on Kiryu, but I think his OG dragon style from 3-5 and his Y6/K2 dragon styles are my favorites, especially the OG jab, uppercut, hammerfist combo
Kinography 1994 I’m thinking Yakuza 0 because Brawler, Beast and Rush each represent a specific part of the Dragon style. Dragon style is almost as fast as Rush and is inspired sort of inspired by Akiyama, almost as strong Beast which is obviously inspired by Saejima. Then Brawler is pretty much an unrefined Dragon style. Then of course you have the Dragon style itself, there’s more than enough to analyse with 0. The same can be said for Majima as well when he has the same variety of fighting styles as Kiryu.
I've recommended this already he said that the fighting may have been too robotic for his taste at the time maybe he changed his mind and if he did that would be awesome majima is a good character to

I’d be interested in seeing a video breaking down the duel of fates from the phantom menace, it’s really the only major lightsaber duel you haven’t covered. Not only on the choreography but the editing and pacing. Honestly it’s my favorite lightsaber duel in the franchise. I love how in addition to the swordplay and occasional force powers they really threw in hand to hand combat. Quigon uses an elbow/back fist combination and obi wan uses a devastating side kick to maul. And of course, Maul doing side kicks, a back kick, a jump side kick, a spinning back kick, and even a front kick( when Quigon knocks him to the ground and Maul kicks him to recover) except for a push kick and a round house he used just about every practical kicking combination in the fight .
