Its been a week since ive found your channel. i am also a pre-med graduate(medical technology) and am currently in my board exam prep era. honestly you’ve been such a godsend. even with the pressure of the impending boards, i dont think i would be motivated to study had i not found your channel.
ive been binge watching your videos in chronological order when im not studying, or when i take breaks. its all what i watch these days to avoid wasting time. idk, your content has this charm to motivate and inspire people to do their best, or if not the best, to be productive at the least. and im shy to say this, but you have almost everything i wanted to achieve; studying for hours, working out, living alone, being good at make up 😂 doing youtube, and all those simple daily tasks you do,, it just gives me joy to watch you do those. also, before i found you, i gave up on the thought of proceeding to medicine, as ive only taken my course so i can work abroad. but lately, ive been giving it a serious thought. of course, i would have to get my license first so i can earn for my expenses and actually get into med school

The right way to use the fino mask it's 1st you doube shampoo then on wet hair you apply the mask all over it even the scalp then you rince it after u let it sit😊
Update I tried this méthode and personally it didn't work not that my hair wasn't shiny and soft but the fact that washing the product of the scalp was IMPOSSIBLE so try this:
1st-> double shampoo your scalp only by rinsing it it will wash your ends u don't have too friction your hair all the way down to clean it
2nd->conditioner on the ends (don't use it on the scalp it's too nuriting unless u want greasy hair the next day😐) leave it for a bit (u can shave or clean your body will it's resting)
3rd-> the fino mask same as the conditioner but this time u have to leave it for 10min
At least that is what work for me as a caucasian person w a lot of thick hair
