Why is it necessary to deploy AKS EE on Hyper-V instead of directly on the host OS? It seems that using Hyper-V adds complexity to the setup.

what are the supported hardware to install AKS EE on IOT devices like Raspberry pi. Unfortunately Raspberry pi4 that i have tried dont support Hyper-v.
