I've been with the first model (VK8920SCAQV) for 4 or 5 years now: exceptional vacuum cleaner to be honest... BUT spare parts are not to be found anywhere. I'm looking for the steam nozzle - even if mine is still working, but I believe it may fall apart some day (steam is merciless, you know).
