I was looking up stepping as I was falling asleep and I started to doze off around the 3 minute mark. 3:05 scared me so much I didn't sleep for another 25 minutes.
KeiyaValecourt we have to practice hard ( I’m not on that team I’m just on a step team in general) but we have to run laps, hold squats, hold our arms in certain positions and do a lot more. Our coach always says that however we practice is how we preform so if we practice hard we preform hard and vice versa. They’re really tough on us so we can be good.
Back in 1978, when I went to Reading Senior High School in Reading, PA, we would sometimes play Harrisburg High School in basketball. The cheerleaders from Harrisburg would cheer like that, but they didn't call that stomping 50 years ago. It was amazing to see.
A lot of my family members tell me about stepping. They say you shouldn’t joke around with it. They told me they had to learn the whole Greek alphabet forwards and back. I also like Fraternities, I thought they were super cool.
