mam is there any diameter with bony prominence from where we can check the bulk of the muscles ??
Measure circumference at the most prominent part of muscles. Measure distance from the bony point, then measure the circumference on the opposite side at the same distance from the bony point.

My Mrs deltoid muscle of the shoulder has been wastage due to brain hemorrhage since 30 th March 2022. And resulting flappy of bicep muscle and loss of tone. Due to this reason she is unable to raise her hand. Beside these the weakness of shoulder muscle it falls towards gravitational force. Regular physiotherapy is going on but still she is not able to recover from the damage. Whether there may be possibility of recovery? Even she has been given 10 sessions of rtms also. But no any progress has been found.
Please Mam advice me. She is right now 54 years only.
I may not be the right person to answer this. Better you visit your neurologist and physiotherapist for the problems mentioned above. I wish good health for her.

I have no motor examination positives but has walking problem. Can't keep my balance well ( like a drunken person ) i take no alcohol. What may be reason. I take very less revotril once a day ( o. 25 ) i have no hering or vision or heart problem . My blood work and cardiological tests are normal. No muscle weakness/ paralysis. But i can't drive a scooter and while walking i stagger. Pl. Give ur guidence please
