@@TomHorsmanAmateurBBQ thank you good sir. Looking to get a good smoker for cooking multiple brisket. Got me a GMG and love it, now looking for more cooking room.
Oh man Tom... you have a 2 car garage and with the wife's car in one half then your 22 BBQ's in the other side. I can't even imagine how many chores/dishes you had to do to swing that. But wow... good on you and continue making great videos. :)
John Knapp Yup, as I was saying in the video, that was my intention but I didn’t look inside to see the reinforcing channel when I drilled the center hole, so that’s why I went the route I did. Works fine either way. Thanks again for Watching John! Stay Healthy my Friend!
That flaking is dried grease that accumulates on the inside surfaces of the grill. If I don’t use it for awhile it dries and starts to flake much like the underside of the top of a Weber kettle. Im on the road for work today yet but I’ll try and make a video this weekend using the vertical and I’ll make sue to show it. I know it’s clean cause I cleaned the inside real good after the last use. Thanks again for watching! Good question
With a grill this big even with the fan running it most likely wouldn't circulate as much as the upper fan convection. Just my opinion.. Thanks again for Watching!
Couldn't help but notice your F-150! Great pick up!
Fernando Pineda It’s my Baby! Thanks for Watching!
Nice job
Thanks Dan!
How many briskets you think could fit in one?
Thanks for watching! Depending upon the size I believe you could fit 8

Tom Horsman I ll bet the stilts keep fan assembly away from the heat, Thats a impressive cooker.

Thanks for watching! www.smokedaddyinc.com
Is that paint all peeling up inside? Was thinking about getting one of these untill i saw that
Thanks for watching! No, there is no peeling paint inside or outside you’re welcome to come and look for yourself
Then what is that flaking at the 6:30 mark of video on the inner walls?

Tom Horsman ok thanks Tom
If they just made the controller to continually run the fan rather then pulsate they wouldn't need an added fan

All industrial oven have convection cooking, to even the temps in the cavity, and cook faster.
