Some of the players have to understand that they will have their moment. You don’t have to be the “starter” but you can be the one who makes a significant impact when you have your moment. All you need is one. And that may be the one moment that sets everything else in motion. Everyone has a role. There is always a “starting” cast and a supporting cast. But even supporting cast members are in the credits. Without a supporting cast, the starting cast can’t perform to max potential. I hope these young men realize that in time they will be the starter; at one point or another, every player has been in a supporting role, which helps to elevate you to that next level. Even coach Prime didn’t start out as a head coach. I believe he worked under coach Hart at one point. Don’t minimize the role of a supporting cast. Every position and every player is needed. Stay connected young men. Y’all got this and let’s get this win on Saturday… #skobuffs #coachprime

I cried seeing and listening to Derrick. It's my opinion, You can see in that young mans eyes that he wistful about not staying another year. There is a 360 turn from last season and it's so sweet to witness. I can not say enough times, how much I enjoy seeing the the team and the Coaches collaborating on the sidelines. I have never paid attention to Pro football or College. I know a recognize the popular Player, but that's the long and short of it. Being grateful for ALL your moments takes daily effort, because of the constant barrage of opposition. Gratefulness! Blessings Always! #SKOBUFFS!
