    Radial dislocation but they stabilized for 20 days.....then unknowingly kept elbow immobilized for another 10 days....now elbow moves only 35 to 100 degrees 😔...when I try to mobilize, nothing moves as well gives pain....

      @@duahpeace7705 actually I was giving them mobilization as physio we didn't see or advice them to keep lik that I was just asking opinion from this guy...but I know once ur joint capsule tightens, it will stay lik that only.

    Its easy to perform on normal individual. But difficult in real patients . Can you show some case study type video

      After operations extension is usually more limited than flexion.
      Traction can be performed from in every angle independent of the limitation of theelbow.

    So I have this problem because I cast my elbow in straight. They didn't sling it instead they use two small wood for imited time like a month. And now after a month, I already remove it. My only problem now is I can't bent it upward like theres a string under my elbow that stop me from bending upward my elbow. I wish someone may help me

      @@markkuizon7222 I dislocated my elbow last April 7 when I was playing basketball, and now a month already . I can't bend upward too like there's string below in my elbow

      @@abnerbarro9646 first, every morning you need to hot compress your arm because every morning its like solid rock every morning. Second, exercise your elbow like you place your other arm at the top of your dislocated elbow. Reach it and do this 8 times 4 rebs. You need to squish like stress ball. Let's heal each other
