I have this foundation and I LOVE it! A tip: it's AMAZING really massaged in with your fingers. I have dermatillomania, so there's always a ton of scarring and scabs on my face, this covers it perfectly. A little bit definitely does go a long way. I just wish it wasn't so expensive though ($34 in Canada), I'm a student and idk if I'll be able to repurchase it.
I actually worked for clinique and we were told to tell those looking at the product its best to use your fingers because of the oxidation the foudation goes through (which is why it looks dark). So sometimes its better to go lighter and use a bronzer as needed.

I barely bought this 2 days ago. On the first day I used way to much and I was very oily, and today I applied very little with a beauty blender and afterwards I applied the NYX finishing powder. I only had to touch up once during the day on my nose :)

When something says "fragrance free", it means the ingredient. Anything can have a smell. It doesn't have the ingredients "fragrance" or "parfum". Something can have a bunch of essential oils, but be called "fragrance free" because it's not synthetic. I hear a lot of beauty gurus that saying the same thing, so just thought I'd let you know :)

Fragrance free doesnt mean its not going to have any smell to it. It just means they didn't add fragrance in the ingredients. For example they didn't add like a perfume smell or ny kind of fragrance to the foundation . Therefore, the foundation will just smell like the ingredients that are in it.

Mac face & body is one of my hg everyday foundations and has been for years now. It's a little tricky to use at first but, by far one of the BEST natural looking "skin like" foundations I have ever come across. She should definitely do a review & if not, look up Wayne Goss has videos on it.
i live near-ish tysons too!! i recently got this foundation and love it!! i had the same issue with it look so cool and pink on me!! i got the shade 8 cuz it was the only medium golden shade!! when u said that i was like "YAS" out loud haha
I really recommend getting a white foundation so you can use a foundation that's darker. I do that because it's hard to find really pale, yellow undertone foundation.

Honestly, the only foundation that works for my very oily skin is the Estée Lauder Doublewear. I'm so annoyed because I'm currently so pale that the lightest shades are way too dark for me! Your skin tone looks like you'll find a perfect match all year round though, and you barely need any. It's not cakey or heavy if you use a beauty blender and apply minimal. Another beautiful foundation that really holds up on my skin is the Smashbox Studio Skin hydrating 15 hour foundation. It's so gorgeous.. Hydrating but not oily and somehow the pigment doesn't budge xx
