I have watched many of these B smokes from various videos. My suggestion, I think smokes that pop inside of market door and window (only smoking off the openings themselves) are maybe the best type to throw. Rather than in front of the openings where the smoke blooms in towards the site. My reasoning is only because people can lurk and pop out from any side of the smoke. If you concentrate the smoke into market more-so where the opening is blocked off but not blooming into site, you'll have more likeliness to notice a move and kill them due to the confinement of the opening itself.

I actually don't use a jump throw bind, they made it a lot easier to do consistent jump throws in CS2
