    Thank You bro it is an eye opening video for me.
    I am an MBBS student and after watching your video i realised that how much time i am wasting in useless and unhealthy things like porn, masturbation eating oily foods, social media and many more.
    I was an average student since childhood but these things made me even below average due to these things i am not even studying 1 or 2 hours a day.
    Now my first year exams are at hand and i haven't completed even 10% of syllabus.
    So i am accepting this challenge bro
    1)No Social media (WhatsApp for just 5min)
    2)No PMO
    3) Wake up at 5AM
    4) Completing daily study target
    5)100Pushups,plank and some other workouts
    6) Meditation
    7) Don't indulge in useless conversation
    Let's become best version of ourselves.
    This world respects only powerful people.

I mean to say, maximum tasks will be completed before 7 am and remaining can be completed after work. Also, you can make your routine by adjusting your time. Hope this is helpful for you. 🙌❤️

    I don't listen songs in gym

In most of the gym - they put music in their loud speaker and i generally don’t like those pathetic bollywood romantic songs and To avoid that i have few songs in my playlist. If you could elaborate a little further what you try to convey in your above statement.

    10 Months without Facebook and Instagram......but lately I have been addicted to youtube shorts, will try to detox it as well. You will realise when you detox these activities you will instantly be more productive.
    Nowadays, almost 90% of people are addicted to social media, what I think is just having Whatsapp is enough to stay social with your close ones.
    Social Media addiction is same as cigarette addiction.

      Done with challenge. It looked hard on thr first day to limit mobile use, etc. But from 3rd day, I could easily do that. Before the challenge, I use to watch reels every other hour. Now that is stooped. I don't feel the urge to watch reels. It was very helpful for me. I would like everyone to go for the challenge

    I tried this during my class 10 boards.... i was addicted to games at that time.... it really helped.... not 21 days, but if you do it for 1 week aslo you will start getting the results. It's a good challenge to do.

    I accepted the challenge for 21 days
    1: cut off from social media like insta Twitter fb etc.
    2: cut off from the useless friends who talk about alcohol girls parties etc.
    3: wake 5:15 am
    4: brush ready for study and meditation
    5: 6 to 9 study
    6: 9 to 10 am bath and some low dopamine works like u can watch so me viedios on yt of any book story
    7: 11 my self study time till 12 pm
    8 12:30 2:30 next session
    9 : 3:00 to 4:00 pm self study
    10 : 4 to 6 my maths and physics classes
    11: 6:30 to 8:30 online chem lecture
    12: 9:30 sit for self study 10:30
    Sleep in 10:45♥️♥️

    Will crack this 21 Days of challenge ✌️
    1. Work on my vocabulary for atleast 10 mins/day
    2. Will not open social media in the early morning
    3. Meditation for atleast 10 mins
    4. go to bed before 12 in the night and wake up before 7am
    5. Drink only water and juices...
    6. Workout for atleast 1hr/day
    7. Read 2 Pages of a book per day

    I love this video but if you go at the practicality, no one can quit the job for 21 days to fix it. One can reduce the usage of such things and focus on family/work/mediation and more workouts for sure😊
