You just solved my braking problem in less than 4 minutes. I have been trying to adjust my front brakes for weeks by adjusting the connector link, with no improvement. The 'acute vs. obtuse' angle of the lower actuator lever makes so much sense. If it is in a level position, when the brakes are applied, it will be straight in-line with the cable, and impossible to move any more no matter how hard you squeeze the brake lever. Thank you.
Hi I saw your video of the Amal carburetor. I am currently restoring a 1994 CI 500 RE. Wanted to check with you that if I swap my micarb with a new Amal. Will it give any good performance or only upjetting the current carb will also give the same results. Will the thump of my bike improve if I use an Amal or its just a myth
