Many nice elements. Unfortunately, too much gold in the decoration. It looks like kitch, and cheap. Then, too many colors and texture, the design does not have a straight line and looks overloaded. The garden is small, the perimeter walls too close. Therefore, no top outdoor living possible, as resort style. However, some classy elements, like the olive tree. You pay obviously a lot for the location. Personally, i would see the price at 2/3 of the offer. Anyway, thanks for showing
