Haterbilt 379/389, ex viper, is far better than rezbilt. Much more tunning options, and engines. I am using it on 1.44. But promods for Ats not so good, as in Ets. That my opinion, i have both, and will again.
you need to go to the purchase truck section and it should say moded shop or something like that you will find them in there and not any of the default truck shops

You then go to the mod manager for the profile you want the mods on and then you do what the other guy says for truck mods and stuff
