It will be boring to put Dazai as first, as it will be more interesting to give the characters some time to make up their first impressions of him before the big reveals.
As for Dokja, I'm sort of on the fence here. He is an interesting character (an understatement, really) and would go well before Dazai. William will fit right into the middle, after Dokja and before Dazai, sort of like a transition of personalities to compare and contrast.
(William can be compared to Dokja AND Dazai- the saviour complex, intellect and the whole deal)
I'm fond of Harry, despite not having read the series. He seems nice, so first will be tempting to watch. I'm not so sure about uh... Edgelord? I actually forgot his name, and I'm not from that fandom either so I have nothing to suggest on him.
Childe is difficult to place too. But placing him after or before Harry sure will be interesting
