This dictatorial person has no place in a democracy as a Speaker. I’m not a lawyer and have immense respect for lawyers, but sometimes their decisions should be tempered by wisdom. The Supreme Court has jurisdiction in interpreting the articles of the constitution. And in this case where the minority overnight becomes the majority, he should give himself time to examine the situation patiently and in depth.
What about independent mps who always adds their vote to political parties at that moment what is the position of the independent mp ? Will he be a member of the party he voted for or still an independent ?
