BUDAPEST from Above | Cinematic FPV

Experience Budapest, Hungary's stunning capital city from a new perspective.
I had the opportunity to visit Budapest this summer and was amazed by its history and incredible architecture. I worked to capture the city with an FPV drone, filming as many iconic locations as possible in good lighting conditions. The shots were filmed over 2 days waking up at sunrise each morning. Shot with sub 250g 3in and cinewhoop
Locations include the Hungarian Parliament Building, Matthias Church and Fisherman Bastion, St. Stephen's Basilica, Szechenyi Thermal Baths, Liberty Bridge, Vajdahunyad Castle, Balloon Fly, Ferris Wheel of Budapest, and Heroes' Square.

Wonderful!
I can see when you reversed some scenes (because cars are moving backwards), but you can't fly backwards (at least not safely), so this is the correct way to do (reverse on the computer).

Bro made my dream true.. i was there 2 years ago with my mavic 3 (dont have a permission lol) and i was dreaming about flying around the parlament but there was a no drone zone sign and also guards. i didnt risk it. (but i captured St. Stephen's Basilica hehe)

No drone signs often are just put up by random individuals and actually hold no legal limitation. I see a bunch of them here in Switzerland where I know the law very well, and those signs can't legally stop me in about 80% of the cases.

It's a shame that this was taken now, because there is too much construction going on in the Castle District, at the Citadel on Gellért Hill and behind the Parliament building there are iconic buildings being worked on.

Yes I was a bit disappointed that the Liberty statue was covered in scaffolding so didn’t film there

​@@joshuaturner Yeah, it’s been under renovation since April 2021. Originally, they planned to finish it by 2023, then postponed it to 2024, and now it’s been postponed again to 2025. In the meantime, of course, the budget has increased significantly. But that’s how things go here in Hungary now; every construction takes forever and costs an insane amount. Anyway, your video is awesome-I didn’t have the guts to fly in those spots!

Nope he had not, I think they had a shoot there in the guy used his chances.
