The substance in his system is the same substance found in numerous bodies of people that died in relation to Diddy, including Kim Porter. Scoff all you want but the charges are because they know there is foul play. There are more specific details that I cannot put.

He bought drugs, he was the addict, he bought cocaine 3 times in 2 days and apparently a poor receptionist who had to deal with a man out of his mind on coke should have helped him into a comfy chair and nursed him until he came around. Presumably she would have then had to move in with him and become him permanent carer just in case he bought more drugs which of course he was going to. Yes the dealer need to go to jail but he was a grown up. He made terrible decisions and it's sad for his family but why ruin other lives for a man who clearly didn't care about his own life.
