I take B-5 for eczema issues on my hands and noticed a massive improvement in my skin overall. I no longer break out like it is my skins job! The hype over B-5 is real. I also use the Cerve skincare line and am loving it. I had to pause your vlog while you were putting on makeup to write this! Back to the show! WOO!
Baylee you should not be in pain from working out to the point where pain killers are necessary. Try eating more protein or drinking protein shakes for better recovery. AND invest in a foam roller to warm up muscles before and after you workout. Wouldn't want you to injure yourself :(
Somara Son I think if you go from doing close to no exercise to doing an intensive exercise it’s going to hurt until you have become more fit hahaha. I was the exact same when I started exercising more I was a MESS for a good few months 😂

They have a solar panel option and their ap is inexpensive & works great. They also swivel and come with a couple different mounts to choose from. I hope you have an awesome new year!
I tend to be paranoid as well.... I have been trying to devise what kind of privacy fence that I want to put around my house and property.... Complete with lava moat, large iron spikes and a troll at the gate.... But that will be around 2,000 feet of fencing that I need so.... This shall take a while. Now I want solar security cameras after seeing this too!
Well, technically the solar power charges that battery, but you can change the battery. Solar power is enough though. I've never had the battery die in my older camera.

Acne is also can flare up due to what you eat. Try cooking with less salt and sugar. Drink more water or teas (without sugar).
