About the reason why no albums after 'Skin Deep': I saw an interview years ago, in which she mentioned she realized that she didn't like the "music BUSINESS" side of the game. Emphasis on the "business" part. Pretty much, it sounded like she didn't wanna get pimped out, be a slave to a greedy corporation, & end up in a horrific situation. She ended up goin' a different route shortly thereafter. She had also mentioned that simultaneously, she started having kids, so dipping out the industry was perfect timing. Also, not to mention, a very important part actually, that she had grown as a person after her 1st album dropped, n she had no desire to rap like that nor be a part of anything similar. She had gotten into more positive vibes type ish, not the female rap kinda ish. She had gotten spiritual n was doin' yoga heavy. She def. didn't want her children hearing that type of noise growing up, esp. not comin' from their own mama.
Albeit, she never mentioned anything in that interview about Pro. Griff, that I can remember, so this was def. before even that I'm guessing.
Yeah I peeped an interview where she said some high exec was pressuring her to fuc. Wiced industry man
