    Something I think you should know:
    I am 22 years old and so far I feel like I've tried every genuine medication known to human kind to "better the quality of my sleep" (amongst other things) .Yet none of them have worked. Not a single one has came even remotely close to the natural peace and healing that your content has given me.
    So I wanted to Thank you Jason, for giving not only me, but so SO many people a better quality to life and to their sleep. I pray your content finds its way to the ones who need you most🙏🏼❤️

    I listen to one of these pretty much every night now and they never fail to get me to sleep. I have ptsd, anxiety and depression so it can be difficult getting to sleep or staying asleep. These are so helpful!

    These guided sleep meditations are the only thing which get me back to sleep after my night terrors. SO much better than anything else out there on the internet. Without them I’d be awake for hours worrying, with them I never even hear the end of the video! Thanks for such fab content 🙏🏻💙😴

    Can you do one on patience? I’m struggling with being quick to frustration, and I know I need patience. I come to your meditations several times a week and I think one surrounding patience would really help me but I also think it might help a lot of other people too. Thank you for your videos. They have really made a difference in my life

      Think of it like this from a spiritual perspective: the more patient you choose to be, the less patient you will need to be! The fact that you have acknowledged some changes that you Need to make shows that the awareness that is your spirit/who you really are, The eternal part Of you is emerging!     I can’t sleep without listening to your meditations, I start listening and 5 minutes later I’m gone already…. It’s amazing, I used to take sleeping pills. But not anymore, thank you for creating this 🙏🙏🙏

    I have a very hard time falling asleep at night, even when I'm so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. This doesn't completely solve the problem, but it helps. Thank you.

    I was loosing my eye site and would have panic attacks, i had 8 surgeris to restore my eye site over a 1 year period, i had the dr. Play thease meditations during surgery so i could relax, i had to be awake for each surgery. I still listen to them..there is nothing else that helps me like these meditations, thank you so much❤

    Hello I have an hyperactive brain And most of the time it is difficult for me to fall asleep because of my adhd , I was about to get a panic attack last night because getting anxious about Sensation in my body I couldn’t identify. I was trying to listen to asmr but it wasn’t cutting it then I stumbled upon this video and I finally managed to calm down and brush away the uncomfortable feeling . I just wanted to say thank you so much whiteout it I would probably be having a really huge panic attack during the night and miss my first day at work!

    Well, I usually fall asleep just when i get on my bed so i heard like the first 3 words and then yeah
    Still a nice meditation
    It's difficult for me to take naps at day so I use meditations to help me.

    These vids are the best. My mind constantly races during the day and since I am not only a perfectionist, I am my worst critic. It is what makes me great at my work and goals, not so much relationships which are a bit of a "curiosity" shall we say.
    Granting myself to let it all go for a few hours is amazing. Then it's back on mission.

Thank you so much i can't describe how much this helps me! im usually awake for hours and hours just rolling in my bed... i usually had to take a sleeping pill to help me get to sleep! but this is even better and faster than the pills and sooooo much more healthier!

    Omg, But just found this video in my watch laters. I haven’t heard this exact script in over a year. I used to listen to this when I was still seeing my father, he caused me bad anxiety and I struggled to sleep every night. I was only 10 years old. Now I don’t see him, I use white noise and I fall asleep within 10 minutes, unlike 18 months ago, when it would take me almost an hour to fall asleep. Thank you so much, this hypnosis always calmed me and my anxiety. I really need it

    I don't have any happy or peaceful places in my memories of childhood, I have to pick a different meditation and start all over again trying to relax and go to sleep 🥲

    Hello Jason. I listen to your videos nearly every night and can never make it passed the breathing portion. Puts me out like a light and keeps me calm. I still have stress nightmares but at least I don’t really focus on them nearly as much. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are one of my forms of therapy 💙

      Try keeping crystals by your bed and clean the energy in your room/ house with sage. I had a healer come to my house and clean the energy and introduced me to a crystal expert. Blessings and 💕 sent your way
