    Yes this is nearby area to nagole..Secret of realestate they tell everything but not rate....it depends on situation of Customer...it is around 12k to 15k for hmda layouts in that area

    My sincere request to nri’s
    One of the main reason flats became 1.3 crs + and plots became 20k per sq yard at city outskirts is nri’s dumping money..
    You will regret if you are not going to settle in hyd and it is even difficult to take money back to the country where you settle (black money issues and tax)..
    The real buyers who are staying in Hyderabad and would like to buy home are suffering because of inflated prices.
    Due to prelaunch , apts do have 50% unsold flats, next it gonna be plots at outskirts.
