So here it goes He goes in with max rage bar, spends 50 on second E, spends 50 on emp W, generates via doing dmg 15 energy then insta ults which should result in +20 rage for a total of 35 before it starts going even more up cause of the aoe Aura but instead if goes to 0 and slowly builds up. Has this been a bug in there for long? Just if anyone thinks this is minor, his Q after ulting would have been Empowered and it would make such a HUGE difference in a closer encounter, or in a case u are getting ganked and 1v2, cause it heals for so much more against champions.
