Enjoy the bliss and serenity when you catch the sunset at the Mekong River in Luang Prabang. I also forgot to mention signed up for doing MTurk on Amazon as well. If you want to support our channel and all our work: buymeacoffee.com/newlifetravelers
Happy New Year to you as well!! We are living and loving and working hard. We always try to be grateful for the wonderful things we have going for us, even with some scary uncertainties still making things difficult. Thank you for enjoying the video!
@lisaann6965 Thank you SO much for that! We are grateful 🙏 Happy New Year to you and yours as well 😊 We want everyone to strive to what makes them happy and their lives enriched for 2025.
@JayandSarah Unless we just bump into each other...😆 Luang Prabang ain't exactly a major metropolis. But yeah, we'd be up for that. You don't have a listed email so you're gonna have to email us, and then we can set something up.
@JayandSarah No, we went with Cambly as a way to test those waters. It was free, didn't require weeks of training ahead of time, and didn't have to worry about job placement afterwards. The other main reason for going the Cambly route was because of a fear that I had over the lack of teeth issue. It may seem that I was right on that subject because Cambly finally just got back to me to inform me that they were just going to keep my stuff on file. Even though they have been advertising like crazy lately about needing tutors, especially males. I can't 100% say that it played a factor, but I've lived now 16 years without teeth and have become accustomed to how people see that and how judgemental they get about it. Now just imagine had I shelled out a boatload of money, that I don't really have, to spend on a reputable TEFL. Then invest all the work and time to get the TEFL. Just to then have it all be for nothing because nobody wants to hire an online teacher with no teeth? See what we mean?
@@JayandSarah lol...Well, thank you for that. It actually made my day. I do my best to try not to draw attention to it, for obvious reasons. So yah...lol...great career choice for me to put myself in front of a camera for the entire world to see and judge, right? Funny enough about you mentioning the dentures. I haven't looked into it for some time, but that actually was a thought we had before we ever left, was to see about getting affordable dentures. Now, it's just gonna have to wait since I have more pressing money issues in front of me for the time being. But yes, I would love after all these years of dealing with it, to affordably take care of the issue once and for all at some point.
@JayandSarah That's wild! Before we ever left the States, when I was researching where to possibly get them, Tirana kept popping up over and over again.

@ I didn’t realize you had no teeth. Can you get some lower cost dentures somewhere in south east Asia?

@ Albania is a possibility my friend had full ones done there. It was not cheap but cheaper for sure than America would ever be
