The Inkosi and Induna have no right to sell you your own land that you want to built your family home. The State too cannot charge you for rates or levies for your home on Ingonyama Trust land. On the downside; houses on Ingonyama Trust land have little market value. But without it, a lot of people in KZN will be homeless or living in Squator camps / shacks
And people who were left homeless by the floods in kzn are kept in churches and community halls kanti what must they do to get sites in the ngonyama trust?
