This looks great! I wanted to do a little ruffle on the side of some black dress pants, like a tuxedo stripe but ruffle instead. But this looks tedious! I don't have your patience.

Yes it is if you're doing multiple layers! But for a couple straps you can knock it out in no time! You can do it!

Hey hun the one in the tutorial is cotton, in the thumbnail I used spandex.

Yes you can! Just don't stretch your base!

What's the distance between each line you drew?
I did about 2 inches between each line! You can do them closer for more fluff!
