The colors of those vintage cars, bikes & people's apparel in contrast with the tonal colors of the sand, sea & the sky in that over casting clouds ambience is beautiful. Great opportunity for photography. Patrick you should grab one of those Leica X1 purebred & snap some great shots. Unlike modern cars today, every single vintage piece is built with a soul. Well done Patrick this is the first time I see such a event.
I grew up going to wildwood NJ never knew about this at all? My grandfather was born in wildwood back when it was really wild as in bears, indians, rarely people 👍🏻👏🏻👋🏻
I went to TROG for the first and only time last year and I loved it! I drove my Nova down from Philly and had a blast checking out everyones toys and seeing them race. The night of the Troglodytes was awesome at the Binns, the bon fire was a great time as well and I was looking forward to going again but decided not to and was disappointed when I found out that they had moved it from June to October. I still think that this is an awesome event but I feel that it is better to be held as a summer event!!! I wanna drive my classic on the beach again and get out and run right in the water!
NJOA makes me happy again. Memories of Wildwood, my dad taking us camping; a season campsite. I haven't been to Wildwood in many years, but back in the day, as they say, the place wasn't as slick as some of the other towns. It was a bit of a shaggy dog, and that's why I loved it so. I wonder; does wild rice still grow there?
I wish we could have known about this before. My husband and I would love to go. If you know of any other events, could you give us the heads up. I really enjoyed this video.
The photographer who ruins everyone or our photos of the ocean and Sara starting the race should sit in an old car at the line and the cars should be rotated. Thanks for posting!
