Hey, I recently saw the video on getting Alpha 3 Max VS to work locally. I just wanted to mention the idea of just loading up the emulator 2 separate times, and having the program connect to itself. I was able to get this to work earlier this week, in order to see what features Network Mode and every mode the ports have, for this video I'm working on. The newer version of PPSSPP I'm using shows a message where you'd change the Ad Hoc Server address, and it says to change it to " localhost = multiple instances". That's how I found out you can have PPSSPP running multiple times at once. I only had one input device to work with, but all 3 instances of PPSSPP I had open recognized it. So if you were to edit the controls within the secondary instance of the emulator, and mute it's audio, you can basically get the same effect as this video, without needing a phone!
