I'm 21 forced into homeless hostel the last 8 mouths in the 600s on the housing list Ive bin to 100s of viewings can't get anywhere I work full time and my life means nothing to this government
450 million to developers why not give it to the workers who are the backbone of the building industry no instead there's bogus self employment and agencys no wonder there's no one making a career in the building trade so make the developer rich at the expense of the worker typical of fianna fail well done.
Forget 2025 there should be an election now, we can't allow FFG 3 more years to destroy our society for the current and future generations, people only voted for FF last time on the basis that they wouldn't go back into government with FG. There's no way people voted to have Varadkar back in as taoiseach again, they voted for change but were tricked and decieved by FFG. The people should have their say on whether they want Varadkar back as taoiseach or not, FFG out at all costs.

Its simply about tax revenues generated from the rental market. There is no revenue in long term mortgages but there is as much as 50% tax take per month, thats alot of money.
