​@@AAAEA010its basically like a restriction. If you reveal your technique it tells your enemies what you can do, theoretically handicapping you, but in exchange your technique works better and more efficiently. It's a binding vow with oneself to make your technique stronger.

Ngl Todo is definitely one of the best Written character in JJK, Gege mades his first apperance as some dumb character who asks ppl about their type.
Bro got us laughing when he says something about his IQ, and later Gege proves that Todo's really is THAT smart when it comes to Battle IQ
One thing that i really like is that He didnt Reveals his Technique Out loud to his enemy unlike most of Shonen Characters does 😭
