Hello sir, does obturating short of working length (more than 1mm) affect the success rate of endodontic treatment..?? Provided that the bmp is done till apex. And good coronal seal is achieved.
Plz also tell the use of intracanal medicament like calcium prior to obturation like after bmp it should be used in all cases or selective ones as I think it eliminates post obturational pain by forming a barrier as it's a inert material. What are your views sir
Calcium hydroxide is best intracanal medicament. It must be used in necrotic canals for 7 days for better results. In vital cases, single visit RCT can be preferred.

If there is a v small discharge after using paper... As the tip of paper shows a bit wetness... Does it mean we need to clear canal again.. There is presence of infected pulp tissues yet...

Sir doctor do re rct because my rct is not done properly but while doing re rct I got severe pain and after 3 sitting doctor extract me re rct teeth why sir doctor also feel over gutta purcha in my canal I m in psychological trauma my teeth gone🥺.. Now what to do sir should I go for implant.. Can i eat hard food non veg in implant teeth

But doc dnt u think that in pregnancy case (2nd trim) even after preparing absolute BMP ,patient experiences abit pain near to the apical region due to hormonal flare up

You need to do patency with 10 k file in between rotary files. 🙏🙏

Increase WL and do BMP again

3-7 days for water based calcium hydroxide
What should we do if master cone goes beyond to Apex?
Then you have only one choice to cut the master cone and check again with xray 🙏

2 % taper bmp is good or 4&6% I have seen old rct's which has 2% taper n pt has no complain In Treated tooth
Taper will depends on canal. In anterior teeth, wide canals can be prepared with 4% taper.

Maybe hormones can play some role, but I never faced any such problem in pregnant females
