Whenever I want to run away to the countryside, I watch your videos to remind myself how much work that lifestyle actually takes
While that might be true having lived in many different areas I still find my quiet mountain top a far better, safer, more relaxing, much more beautiful place to be.
I would die during the wintertime 😂😂😂 Some people quickly adapt to this lifestyle, but it’s not feasible for anyone, and that’s okay!! Like not everyone wants to live in NY, but some people can’t imagine their life somewhere else ☺️

Reminder for those who ride motor cycles: "Dress for the slide (ie: if you crash) not for the ride" and "only cover the skin you want to keep" are common saying for a reason! Ride safe!
It’s funny that in all of Hannah’s vlogs Molly basically ignores the camera, but she’s such a natural in her own vlogs.

Tip for dealing with mosquitos, save your used coffee grounds. Dry the coffee grounds out, then put some in a candle jar and light the coffee grounds on fire. The smoke from it will keep the mosquitos away from the area. Your places are stunning. Thanks for sharing your experiences with us.
Interesting, that's a new method to me. Big coils of citronella (lemongrass) - scented insence on the floor (they come in 2 packs w a little aluminum gadget to hold them 2 inches off the floor or ground) are what I'm used to. In parts of southeen Europe where the Tigermosquito has invaded permanently it's the only way to save your feet if you eat out. (they used to come in only with the sirocco from. North Africa in late summer, but thanks to global warming and natural selection they now survive the winters and are a WHOLE different deal than regular mosquito. I'll remember this tip for when I run out of insence coils in Italy, thanks! ❤

Over the past year my living situation has been unstable, rocky, deeply sad, anxiety ridden and often I would simply just want to escape it all. When I found myself losing hope and giving up I would watch (and still do watch) your videos to remind myself of what my dream is of someday , far in the future, being a homeowner. Getting to do all the alterations and having an exhausting day but having a cup of tea and observing nature as a reward. It genuinely was one of the few things that stopped me just giving up my life and going to live back home. So…thank you x

If you have fabric that's able to fit on a bolt, go to joanns and ask them for the unused bolts they're going to throw away. I built shelving the same height as a bolt of fabric from my ceiling down and just wedged them up out of the way. Game changer for storage!
I have never seen a person so in tune with her surroundings. Now with Molly added this has become even better. How lucky would we all be tolive in the world Of Hannah.
Wow. That looks like an antique desk my Dad got me when I was 16. I am now in my 70's and a few years ago I cut it apart leaving the two drawer sides. I painted them and use them for night stands in my bedroom. I just didn't have the heart to just dump it. Too many memories.

The voice over reading section and the more frequent crosscutting to Molly are small aspects that make this have noticeably higher production value. The more heavy handed and stylized your editor is with the cross cutting, moment to moment, VO, etc, and the more Molly we get to see, the better your filmmaking is, in my opinion.
If missing a video last week is the cost of this considerable markup in quality, then maybe it was worth it. You've set a new bar with this one. the Hannah/Molly/Kyle team is working!

My sister did not and she got hit by a car at 40mph whilst stationary trying to turn into a lane. She removed most of the skin off her back because she was wearing a crop top when she was thrown off the bike and her body skidded across the road.

Just an fyi suggestion when your out thrifting is to buy yourself non electric kitchen utensils like antique ones, in case you ever lose power etc. Like a hand mixer, coffee bean grinder, enamel coffee pot etc.. always good to have a back up plan ❤ your vids😊

Hannah -- the use of small 2 x 3 carpet remnants on stairs (and even on flat wood floors) works wonders for moving bulky and heavy furniture (like that desk). You just end up sliding stuff while holding the piece from the bottom.
And -- a small 2-wheel luggage truck also works wonders moving furniture and boxes without screwing up your back, etc.
Just tryin' to help ya out here...Stay cool.

I've been learning to ride a motorcycle (when I have access to one) for a year. I cant get into the motorcycle vloggers on youtube tho, they just seem different to me. Watching you learn and be thrilled by the same shit as me (the views, the solo trips, the excitement of learning etc) has been so awesome hannah!
