Beth Smith - Origins of Café Corazon - Corazon turns 25

Beth Smith shares the origins of Café Corazon in the late 90’s. An existing Mission and Outreach Committee served luncheons for veterans several times a year and inspired a young group of disciples to fulfill a larger vision to serve breakfast every week on Sunday mornings. Obstacles were overcome. Funds were raised. Cooking teams were born. The first breakfast was served on Sunday, March 28 (Palm Sunday), 1999.
