I grew up with a covert narcissist step father. I've been controlled and manipulated all my life. I have a 6th sense for lots of things..... As for my person I know they've been through trauma and has scars that may or may not heal. They have many responsibilities and family issues and I completely understand they have certain tendencies and where they come from. I never expected to feel the way I do for this person but it's our of love that I care for them. If they can't heal and I don't expect them to change because I love her how she is. I want to help her heal those hurts and show her love that she's probably never had. There's an ancient Taoist practice of "sun gazing" but it's done a very specific and SAFE way.
Best to know what the H you're doing lest you really harm your eyes.

Strangely enough a couple of weeks ago my intuition was telling me that my body needs to absorb more light through my eyes, starting with rapid eye movement to the point where I am now “Sun gazing” a couple of times a day and as a result I feel more energised.

I grew up with a covert narcissist step father. I've been controlled and manipulated all my life.
I have a 6th sense for lots of things.....
As for my person I know they've been through trauma and has scars that may or may not heal. They have many responsibilities and family issues and I completely understand they have certain tendencies and where they come from.
I never expected to feel the way I do for this person but it's our of love that I care for them.
If they can't heal and I don't expect them to change because I love her how she is.
I want to help her heal those hurts and show her love that she's probably never had.
It's a difficult journey and I've struggled being left in the cold but I am learning more as I go along and I am willing to do what it takes.

It wasn't so much about me, it was more for my person to realise the depths of my feelings, that I was being genuine and have some experience here.
I fear they're in deep bother and I've just been played from the beginning.
I don't know what I can do other than not allow them to make those same mistakes with me.
She's been a very good teacher in some regards with these lessons she feels I should learn In this son called twin-flame journey, however I realised early on she was the one needing the help.
It's paindul and I can only pray for her at this point.
She doesn't realise how strong she actually is and how much emotional intelligence she has.
I still believe in her but for my own stability I had to tell her I can't take it being ghosted and manipulated....
